When you become of the age of 16 you go to the concil and must meet and marry the man or woman that maches your necklace. When a young teenager named Frank turned 16 he dicided he was going to love someone else by the name of Gerard and deify the concil by not marrying his "soulmate".

With the help of Gerard's brother Mikey the three of them embark on an adventure to find the blacksmith that makes these necklaces and make him remove them.All Rights Reserved
