Many people nowadays have a wrong idea about Islam thinking that it is a religion that promotes violence and killing of non-muslims, however this belief is totally wrong and islam promotes peace to the maximum! The people often quote various verses in Quran that command killing, but they quote it out of context, the Quran nor the Hadith promote killing of innocents, however self defence killing is permitted in case of being heavily opressed or if another nation brings war to you, fight back to the ones who are bringing war but not the women, children, elderly nor the innocents of their nation. Even if the innocent people are strong haters of Islam; don't harm them. This article provides sufficient verses from the Quran and the Hadith proving Islam promotes peace.

Assalamualaikum My Dear Brothers and Sisters of Islam!!! Daw'ah, is to call, request, encourage people to Islam. Now since we're all moderately teens who are shy when it comes to the whole introducing of Islam to others and all, why not take advantage of what we are all good at? Technology!!! This wonderful site, gives us the opportunity to create and post our own writing. I got to thinking, "Hey, while we're at it, why not create an on line book about Islam?" Many of our peers don't understand many of the things that we do, the way we dress, the things we eat, they don't really get why we do it. They're to shy to ask out in the open, so they'll always have that word nagging at the back of their heads going "why." So I have decided to create this book, so that we can inshAllah explain Islam in our own way. Notice that I said "WE". Yep, I am not solely gonna take on this task, I am human and I will mistakes, so feel fee to correct anything I write, contribute and I'll publish it along with the rest of this book also. It Started with a Hijabi's Diary
"And they plot and plan, and ALLAH plans and ALLAH is the best of planners" (Al-Quran) "Can you tell me to whom this diary belongs?" The person gave me a bored look and I took a long breath to ease the ache in my lungs. I don't think I've ever ran this much in my life. I gave him a pleading look. "Please?! It's really important!". The person looked at me with a face void of any emotions. "Please!!" I don't think I've ever used this word for anyone except my family. I just ordered and it happened. But it didn't seem to be happening right now. I took a last glance at the person giving him a desperate look, then ran to other people. One clue, Just one!! Alteast a little hint!! I kneeled down on the road, not caring about anything and pleaded to Allah Almighty, keeping the diary close to me as it's the most precious thing in the world, the beads present in its cover poking my chest, "Please Allah! I'm sorry for all the sins I've ever done in my life. Surely, You're the most merciful. Please, find me a way to her. Let me meet her. Oh, Allah! Only You know if I don't go to her, what will happen. Please help me." I looked at the diary, its beads shining in the sunlight, and still keeping it close to my chest, I sat at the pavement looking defeated but I won't lose hope. I would not lose hope!! Then I heard heavy footsteps and then someone placed a hand on my shoulder and I turned only to feel like all the trucks of the world attacked me at once. It can't happen. Bowled Over By The Broken
No matter how close you are to them, there are certain things you just don't say. No matter how lonely you feel, there are certain people you just don't befriend. No matter how much you've fallen, there's always a guy you shouldn't give your heart to... Sadly for me, I learnt the last one only after I had gotten my heart broken. They say that you shouldn't look down upon anyone, or you will be put in their situation and made to experience the crisis. When I was fourteen, I had rolled my eyes at a girl who was sobbing histerically over a guy who liked her best friend. And I was probably paying the price for that now. However, I was trying my best to fit my feet in the shoes I had been given. I was trying and I was managing just fine. What I didn't need was a trouble maker who entered my life without permission. The guy who claimed to be bowled over by me, the one with a broken heart. Little did he know, I had entrusted myself to Al Malik, The Owner of me and my heart. (this book isn't mine but I copy of Islam wep.) Worship in Islam The concept of worship in Islam differs from that found in other religions and is, therefore, subject to misunderstanding. In general, worship is understood to mean the observance of certain rituals: prayer, fasting, giving charity, and other 'good' works. In Islam, however, worship is much more; it is one's entire life. The definition goes something like this: "Worship is an all-inclusive term for those internal and external sayings and actions of a person that are pleasing to Allah." In other words, worship is that which is done in obedience to Allah's will, which obviously includes rituals but goes far beyond to the realms of one's beliefs, social activities, and personal contributions to one's society and fellow human beings. Islam looks at the individual as a whole. He is required to submit completely to Allah, as the Quran instructed Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alayhi wasallam to do; Allah Says (what means): "Say: 'Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. No partner has He. And this I have been commanded, and I am the first [among you] of the Muslims.'" [Quran: 6:162-163]Concluida

My grandmother used to give me a spoon of honey every morning before I collect myself for school. I wondered why had she incited on doing this? And I asked her one day when I ditched myself from tiring school day. She replied it has many benefits according to The words of Allah. She recited from the Qur'an : { And your Lord inspired to the bee, "Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct. (28) Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought. (29 } [ Qur'an Surah An-Nahl] Then she said in touched tone "It's one of the Miracles that has been mentioned. Make sure to have one spoon everyday even when I pass away. Words of Allah always has beneficial reflection on us when we do it. Almighty knows what would benefit us because he's the one who created us from nothing to creatures." I didn't get the honey Miracle, but I kept on practising her will because I know she knows better. As I think she never heard the scientific facts of honey, but she believed of it when she witnessed its benefits. Thus, years later I got it when I read a scientific article speaks for my religion's book that exits since 609 CE has revealed the benefits of honey before scientists even discover its components. The article hit my heart when it said it wasn't the honey only. The embryo formation from A-z, Iron sent down from space, pulsating stars, sea not mingling with one another in the Gulf of Alaska..etc. So I found there were tears fell unexpectedly. - Description extracted from one of my upcoming Novels. ;)Concluida
