After a dance practice 2 months before the biggest competition, Lucy suddenly experiences every dancer's worse nightmare - not being able to practice with a competition around the corner! Luckily, Lucy had the support of her sympathetic instructor and best friend Joe. When the mean comments start rolling in, will Joe continue to back Lucy up or will he try to get more out of the relationship they have? Will Lucy get to preform or will she have to wait another year to win gold and go to the world championships? This story is written from mainly the point of view of a dancer. I wrote it with irish dance I'm mind but you can chose to imagine lucy as any dancer you wish. Some dance terms may not be familiar and if necessary I would be happy to explain questions you may have.

It's just a dance, what could go wrong?
