Rae has been in hiding all her life. At birth, she was gifted a great power. A power that was her mother's job to protect before she died. The higher power decided it was best she be kept a secret so she was sent into the human realm with no one but a fairy for a companion. They've never stayed in one place for longer than two years. Every time she has a new name and a new face but Rae is hoping that lucky number eight will be different. Hoping that for once she won't have to hide or be afraid.
