In this fictional story, tells the life of Rodger Smith. Saving the world seems like no big deal until the lives of many are in danger. News reporters are always everywhere capturing the mistakes of the police, including himself, but never there when they secretly save the world. 

When the lives of many are put into danger again, Rodger thinks that he has figured it all out, but the enemies are somehow one step ahead of him. One mistake could make the population turn from the aid of the police again. 

Will Rodger be able to figure it out in time and stop thus turmoil?
