Jamie Michaeson has lost count how many times his life has had curve balls thrown at it, and expects that even more may occur sooner then he can handle. After escaping his abusive mother, his life finally had a moment of peace, even if it had it's difficulties. But, those difficulties were only the tip of the iceberg to what he had endured before...or what tests still lie ahead of him.

Meeting the mysterious elderly man on the anniversary of his father's death is only the beginning to the next part of his life. Try being thrown into a world above the sky where animals are not always what meets the eye and where light itself can be a building block to those who can bend it to their will.

When even the children of this world can't understand it completely...How does Jamie have a chance if he must endure it alone.

A tale where destiny, dreams, and storytelling collide. The Anchor of A Time is a deeply moving story of love, loss, and the courage to chase dreams. It follows Haroon, a young man shaped by tragedy yet strengthened by quiet resilience. Since childhood, he has found refuge in storytelling-building worlds with his pen long before the real world offered him a place to stand. Encouraged by his closest friends, Haroon sets out to pursue writing. But his journey is guided by a single missing piece from his past: Saina Aunty, the woman who once protected his childhood and vanished from his life for years. Determined to find her, Haroon and his friends embark on a heartfelt journey to Denmark, leading to an emotional reunion that changes them forever. Just as Haroon's first novel reaches readers, fate opens an extraordinary door-a personal letter from Ray Bradbury, inviting him to America. Suddenly standing among literary legends, Haroon must choose between the world he always dreamed of and the village that shaped his soul. This crossroads forces him to confront ambition, identity, and the sacrifices behind every dream. Amid this turning point, Haroon discovers a new creative calling: manga storytelling. Drawing from his own struggles, he creates The Last Anomaly, a gripping saga set in a world ruled by supernatural abilities. Its hero, Kael Vardhan, is the only one born powerless in a society where strength defines worth. Mocked and underestimated, Kael refuses to accept the fate handed to him. With nothing but intellect, strategy, and unbreakable will, he carves a path that challenges the very foundation of his world. Blending emotional realism with epic imagination, The Anchor of Time and its embedded manga universe The Last Anomaly form a powerful narrative about resilience, identity, and the stories we build to survive. A moving novel. A visionary manga. A journey of a boy who became a storyteller-and changed his own destiny.

After a disastrous climb up Half Dome in Yosemite, California -Eoin finds himself taken to a different world than the one he was born into. It's a place of fantasy. Where creatures like elves and fae live. It is also a place that holds a deep, brutal history. As an outsider, it is quite possibly the last place someone like Eoin should be. Yet, there could be a reason for his arrival. Eoin finds himself in the midst of a civil war between the most unlikely of things. Dragons. A race of human-looking beings who can take the form of true dragons. Yet, their heated war is perhaps the most deadly thing to encounter. Dragons are powerful, almost god-like and many of the brethren have proven that they cannot be allowed to run free with their immense powers. Yet, in the middle of such chaos, Eoin finds himself in the arms of a particularly powerful dragon. And the crown prince no less: Nakiirn. Despite the safety Nakiirn provides, the dangers that abound eventually sneak their way past the draconic protector and straight for the vulnerable human a long way from home.
