Ella and Haydn have been best friends since pre-school. They have done everything together, getting braces at the same time, being co-stars in the 6th-grade musical, even having their first kisses side by side. But once they hit high school everything seems different. Haydn began being distant and Ella felt it too. One night at a party Haydn brings Ella to a room where Mr.Anderson their English teacher and a student were making out. The next day he asks Ella to babysit for him, she says yes not thinking too much about it. When Mr.Anderson is taking Ella home he brings her to his favorite spot. They talk for a while then end up kissing. Soon Ella and her teacher are having a relationship on the DL. But everything changes when for spring break Ella, Haydn, and their cheer squad to go to L.A
