Lillian and her sister and mother are having trouble with money. Their father has died from the Bubonic Plague in Sydney Australia. They start up a cooking and mending business and one day her mother falls in love. Is getting excited over two black ties just silly? Is falling in love with a rich man hopeless? Is wanting to marry a man so soon after a husbands death shameful?
This is Lillian Marks' Diary during the plague.
This is not a true story. I wrote it in school last year and it made my teacher start crying. I actually don't think it's that sad but tell me what you think. I have changed it slightly from last year.

And you most certainly aren't worthless." I gasp to breathe, and he continues talking. "What you are is an amazing person who hasn't let all of this crazy bullshit affect her. You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."Complete

this story was written by three middle school girls. these girls are not friends any more. there is tea on that but its none of your business. the story follows the three main characters and their group through the beginning of the zombie apocalypse. this story is being rewritten (January 2020) by two of the original writers. the other one doesn't do this anymore and this story is great leverage and black mail material against her. this story was written at least 2 years previously in 2018, possibly 2017. "Do you remember calling me 'mate?'" he asked softly, pushing her wild curls away from her face. She blushed deeply, but he wouldn't let her look away. "You heard that?" He nodded with a smile. "It was the first thought she ever shared with me." Skylar pursed her lips. "She likes you very much." "What about you?" he teased gently. "How do you feel about me?" She set her jaw and once again managed to look down her nose at him while staring up at him. "Well... well, I'm rather fond of you, Orion." He let out a relieved laugh and pulled her into his chest again. "What a relief. I was worried it was just me." He nuzzled her temple, inhaling deeply, his dragon fully at peace. The words "I love you" were right on the tip of his tongue, but he knew it was too soon for that. He would have to hold them in just a little while longer. He did not love her. It was a loveless marriage to him. In his eyes, she is just a burden who cooks food for him. And in return, he will earn money and place it in her bank account. Her hand trembles when she is about to sign the marriage papers. The very mention of the word marriage reminds her of her past, her first marriage. She had not even peacefully come out of her previous toxic marriage and she is pushing herself into the same hell again. But then fighting with her thoughts, she takes a deep breath and signs the marriage papers and a tear comes out of her eyes as she is not ready to face again all that she faced in her previous marriage. ◇◇◇◇◇◇◇ " Never forget, the day you break even a single rule of this marriage, I will divorce you and after that you know the consequences." He says after signing their marriage papers And his heart feels heavy as he says these insensitive words to her because after getting her he cannot even think of divorcing her, Divorcing her, isn't even the last thing he would do but still he has no other option except putting this condition before her.
