My name is Adelaide Clare Davenport. I'm from MI. My mom died when I was five and my dad died a year ago. I have two older brothers. There's Chris, he's 29, he owns a bar and he's married. Matt is 25 and traveling the world with his rich friends. Back to me, I'm a student at Rutgers University, I'm an English major. I love to write and read.
My life so far isn't going well. I don't like my roommate, she's a mean, bossy female dog. And her boyfriend Jack is a total meathead that won't stop staring at me. I miss my family so much.
Except there's a guy. He's hilarious, cute, and talented. He does smoke and that's sad, but other than that he's really cool.

Settling Slowly
2015 rolled in with a bang, and it did not have the grace to gift me with a social life that everyone in a one hundred year radius would be jealous of or that is even just the talk of the town. We're all growing up (except Dad who will still make inappropriate jokes at every inappropriate moment, some to do with what cannot be done when you're wearing a plaster cast) and holidays are being planned though some are less holiday and more a mad dash to find somewhere to live out in the big wide world without our parents.
