After Brittany's parents passed away, Krist and Kurt became her family and are overly protective of her. The boys have a band called Nirvana and they just got a new drummer, Dave Grohl. On the night Brittany and Dave meet, Kurt meets Courtney. The two girls quickly become friends as Dave and Brittany start getting involved. Krist and Kurt both tell Dave Brittany's not worth his time.
