Back to the Future - Draft 1980 - Novelle 

This story is based on one of the first Drafts of the movie Back To The Future. So therefore be some slight differences between this story and the actual movie. The thing I can say without spoiler is that the time machine isn't the iconic DeLorean. Have fun.


"Marty suddenly realized he was right in the line of the focusing lense. A bright white light shot out from it and hit him square in the chest. Suddenly the whole room turned bright, blinding white, like a million cameras flashing at once. Then, less then a second later, everything was plunged into a deep, black silence."

They looked around and saw faces and objects on the walls. Thirteen television sets were set up on the wall. "I'm so confused right now," Rosie said as they saw the decor. "Me too," Marty replied. --- The tale as old as time. Marty McFly travels back in time to witness the birth of his parents' relationship. Rosie Louis, his best friend, of course went with him.

Despite being the most popular girl in Hill Valley, the title didn't come with its drawbacks. She was pressured into maintaining her best efforts constantly when it came to grades, friends or hobbies. There wasn't much Rosanna was able to do to catch herself a break. This being despite the complete opposite to the slacker her uncle so despised who roamed the halls of the high school like the skater boy persona he tried SO HARD to come off as. The teenagers only knew the others by reputation, but Rosanna wasn't keen on acquainting herself with someone who had so little respect for studies. Even with his lacking qualities, she didn't think he deserved to be bullied. No less by her boyfriends jock friends planning on wrecking up Marty's known acquaintance Doctor Emmett Brown whom she had heard her uncle speak on behalf of when she was acting hall manager that Friday morning, on October 25th, 1985...to be exact.

Doc has a limited amount of time left to live before he succumbs to the dangers of the Old West. Marty and Alex know that they must act fast to save their friend/grandfather and restore the timeline to its rightful state. With the help of the trusty DeLorean time machine, they journey back to 1885 and embark on a perilous adventure to rescue Doc. Along the way, they encounter a host of challenges including a saloon brawl, a runaway train, and a showdown with a notorious outlaw. But despite the odds, Marty and Alex never give up on their mission to save Doc and return to the present day. With a little bit of luck and a lot of determination, they are able to pull off the impossible and reunite with their beloved friend/grandfather. In the end, It's a heartwarming tale of loyalty, friendship, and the enduring power of courage and ingenuity.
