Carrie's dad died when she was 6 which left her with her abusive mother but he gave her a box to open on her 16th birthday which had things to help her start her life on her own. Trying to make it on her own she runs into this gay couple who runs a coffee shop in London, Dan and Phil (based off the youtubers) that helps her through a low point in her life.
