Forced into a loveless arranged marriage due to a promise she made long ago, Keiko is deeply troubled by her haunting past and the current. She then arrives in Suna and upon meeting her future husband brief words are exchanged which can never be taken back.
Then the unthinkable happens, she starts to fall for the red-headed Kazekage who she believes will never love her back leaving her no choice but to flee but little does she know she is carrying his unborn child.
