"I've been wanting to ask for a while," Taehyung breathed out as the two looked at the sky. "Why did you agree to stay? You didn't want to come to begin with, why give up the chance you have to go home?"
I let out a long sigh as I searched the side of his face. "I-I guess I-"
"It's not because of me is it?" He looked down at me, a sly smile on his face.
"I-Uh..." I jerked my head away, hoping the night sky would hide my red cheeks.
"I'm just joking." He laughed. "You like helping people right? That's it, hu? Besides, you and Chrissy have become very close friends. You're staying because of that, right?"
I bit the insides of my cheeks. "Yeah, something like that."
