In the span of seven years, the near-stability of Meqyades crumbled to pieces when the monarch of the country died leaving no known heirs and hungry usurpers vying for the throne. Only one man emerges amidst all this to become the de facto ruler of the country - the Baron de Chantmaleau, whose soul is as corrupt as his rule.

Will the legitimate heir overthrow the tyrannical rule through a coup, or will they have to go above and beyond with the help of semi-magical beings to save Meqyades? Will they establish an era of justice or be overcome by powers of tyranny?

Follow the story of an empire marred by poverty, greed and corruption, wrestled between three major forces, each trying to influence the direction of the development of Meqyades.
