BOOK 2 After chaos destroyed, America fell into pandemonium and there was no communication with the U.S. After a pandemic crisis on the East coast, most civilization was abandoned near the Atlantic Ocean. After that, the world slowly began to fall to pieces and almost every country made a scramble to figure a way to make space travel easier so they could colonize a planet. But a new leader came out of the ashes and proclaimed they would consider the apocalypse a "rebirth" and proceeded (with his advanced engineering) to clear radioactivity from America and make it livable again. With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country. Some band together to make right communities and others rough it out by themselves, scavenging for a living.

So um this story may be on hold as I have lost interest and have no idea how to continue the story... . (Disclaimer, there is NO smut/inappropriate things, just cute and wholesome~♡ but warning, there may be some dark themes throughout.) . . This story is basically a sonic the hedghog fanfic. It's set in a dystopian reality. im still figuring out everyone's stories even the main plot. But I just go along as my mind pleases. The main 'object' that stirs this story is a plant, named the agony night floret, that infects living things. It was created accidentally in a facility by money hungry mobian scientists and main boss, scarlett the fox. she is the main 'villian', surprsingly not eggman lol. the agony night floret infects mobians, putting them in these stages. first a purple blue rash, then disconfiguration then having the chance to rott and turn into creepy lifeless zombie ish creatures, not hostile but really contagious. They roam around isolated areas. Or, they have the small chance by transforming into these cannibalistic 'flesh-gorgers', coming in different types, 3-4 times bigger than hosts/Mobians size. sonic and his friends travel firstly through the thick, white, winter forests, named 'Nobelwoods' in Nahada, trying to find the facility of where it all happened, while unexpectedly coming across a familiar haze of a huge mossy concrete structure of shadows old-old home. Burnt. It will be told why in the story. I have posted drawings of the characters/unfamiliar characters to understand better of what their appearances looks. thankz for reading this far if u have :) (I'm rambling abt the lore lol) . . . . When the world was burnt by the sun some groups of people were ready and build special compounds called Bases. They set bases up all over the globe and waited for the fire of the sun. When it came they hadn't anticipated the extent of solar power. Their power sources were ruined and they knew that they wouldn't survive long without them. Some people left to take their chances in the new wild but those who were left spent hours pondering solutions as the power dwindled and the life-force faded. Only when the people who were left out to face the sun found the bases did they find a solution. The outsiders were deranged and barely human, changed by the radiation of the sun, they were taken into the bases and were sedated and hooked up to the power source. For years the bases thrived under stolen energy. Highest rank 778 in Science Fiction.

Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
