Polar opposites. The only words that can be used to describe Tobin Heath and Alex Morgan. Tobin and her friends are a rebellious, free, and pretty unlucky group of kids. School isn't their forte, but music sure is. Their band being one of the few things they have. They sit in the back of class and students and teachers don't really pay them any mind, except for when they're getting in trouble, which happens quite often.
On the other hand, Alex Morgan is everything Tobin isn't. She rich, popular, and a bit stuck up. She's a teachers pet, play by the rules girl, as are her friends. Top of their class, star athletes, it seemed as if they had it all. Alex also has a boyfriend, Servando Carrasco.
Can Tobin teach Alex how to be free? How to make the best of the way things turn out, and be happy? Can Alex teach Tobin that it's ok to ask for help? That you're not always alone?
When two worlds collide, Alex and Tobin may find that sometimes things get mixed up, shook around and jumbled all together. And sometimes, it falls right into place.
Tobin thinks the only way for her to stop loving Alex is to cut off all communication with her. But in Alex's past she has a habit of falling off the wagon, when bad things happen to her. What they don't know is that they both love each other and are to shy to say something. Will Alex forgive tobin? Or will they just not be friends?
