I'd love to tell you that this romance story is one where boy meets girl, girl falls in love with boy, they cling to each other like glue, and all is well in the world of romance. WRONG!
Meet Kristen, a 14 year old teenager with a lot of problems. but, let's not dwell on those too much yet. Her only friend is her eight year old neighbor, Cassie, who has a sob story herself. I'd love to sugarcoat it all for you, but the truth is her dad's a drunk and her mom's a stoner...not the best duo. But this story is all about change (And suffering, kudos to the author...me.), so hope is not lost yet! Maybe getting kidnaped could do some good for her... oops, spoiler alert.
Now meet Jax! (I know i'm the author and i'm supposed to not pick favorites but.......he's totally my favorite. Don't tell Kristen) Jax, is an out of the box kind of guy, with an out of the box kind of name. Even being kidnapped, something that would traumatize most teens, he still keeps his humor in tact. (So, he's like, totally swoon worthy) But, when push comes to shove, he's very protective, and of course brave.
So, suffering through all odds, can this bunch make it through and ignore their differences, and fall madly in love with each other?(It is a romance story, so you never know) But, come on guys, not that there romance isn't buckoo important, but the real question is, can they survive the constant kidnap trials, or will they get there eyes stabbed out of their skulls and die?
Read on to feed Jax's ego.
Ella is falling apart trying to live a "perfect" high school life. Then she meets Ren, who can see past her scars. Suddenly perfection isn't her only option.
