The year is 2047. Katrina was born and raised in Neo Chicago, a thirty year old city that rose from the ashes of a terrorist attack which blew half of the Windy City into Lake Michigan. Everything in Katrina's life seemed to be going right, until her past came back to haunt her in a way she never could've imagined.
