Tyler Joseph thought about that a lot, especially in his writing. How can he be in control of a soul so dirty? So broken. So heartless. All he wanted was to be known but by who? Joshua Dun thought the same in a sense. He found safety in something he didn't have in his loving household: his drums. He'd go to the local record store, check out the music, and play their drums until he was kicked out. Only to be left alone with no outlet for the rest of his day.
