Valentine is your average thirteen year old boy. Born on Valentine's Day, hence his name, he's thirteen years old in his last year of middle school, having skipped the third grade. The kids at school say Valentine is a stupid druggy, but he's not- he's a straight A student in all advanced classes. He doesn't exactly try in school, he's just naturally smart.
But the other rumors about him are true. He's been selling marijuana behind the school since sixth grade, to students as well as random dopes. He's known around town as the "grass kid." His prices are reasonable and his product is wonderful. At least, until he's caught. Valentine isn't a stereotypical drug abuser, however. His dad isn't a deadbeat drunk, he's a successful lawyer, and although his father doesn't pay much attention to his son, he does in fact care about his well being. His parents divorced when he was at a young age, and it's affected him to the point of hatred for his father.
However Valentine is going to have to set aside that hatred and find a way to work it out, because something big is spreading, and it's spreading fast. The sirens are wailing and the people are screaming. The roaming are coming.

A dystopian young adult novel involving romance, secret experiments on human subjects, and a group of teenagers' will to survive. Reader Comments: "I'm gonna gush about your book real quick...all the technology has a purpose and is beautifully explained so I can picture it in my mind...the whole concept of the book is completely original...*moment of silence for your beautiful arch of character development* everything your characters do is strictly them but they develop enough to show more about themselves without you straight up telling the reader about them" -Vairl9023 "Ahh!!! This is so good!! I will be anxiously awaiting the next Chapter!!" -CrystalBagot "Brilliant...ohh, this is very catchy, good work" -IndeeMaynard "I love this so far" -BrianneMorris "You've done a great job at creating a mysterious mood" -poisonedpen *** All Evita Creedy, 17, wants is to finish her degree and be accepted for a prestigious job with the city's Department of Energy. Book 4 in the To Be A Runner series. If you have not read books 1, 2 or 3, I seriously suggest you do before continuing in order to avoid confusion. An expectant mother, a shady government worker, an unexpected visitor, and the search for a cure. Yep, that sounds about right. It's been almost nine months since the world was saved from eternal happiness, but the world is still in danger. The dead still walk and we are still far from finding a cure. But we are still discovering new things. Veronica's hard at work, and with Abel teaming up with the Ministry nothing should be able to stop us. At least, that's what I thought. But there are things we still don't understand, things I'm not sure I want to understand, like the voices in my head, like the zombies that can almost talk and are what Veronica likes to call 'Sentient Type Zombies'. There are things that I'm facing that I'd rather just forget-things I'd rather not know about... But I can't be that way. I can't back down-not from the A.M.T.B., not from the voices in my head, and not from the overwhelming feelings that clog my throat and make it almost impossible to breathe whenever I see- No, feelings are not important now, not when a cure is available, not when he's busy worrying about his baby that's due to arrive and the fact that Paula's getting sicker and... I'm getting off topic. It's time for me to step up once again. My job as a runner is never done. Now it's time for me to step up and be a hero. Disclaimer-I do not own Zombies, Run! Or its characters. I only own the ones I created. This is my Runner Five's version of season four and what I think happened in between missions.

But when undead decided to take a walk across the world, the first thing Lowell and Dean did was drive from Kansas all the way to Georgia to find their little brother as fast as humanly possible. Though their plan changed slightly when they stumbled upon the group of people that just lost a little girl in the woods and two Winchesrters decided to stick around for a few days to help with the search.
