Some of you guys wanted this because apparently the original ending to come home was too sad. So here's a hopefully somewhat less sad ending. I'm not writing the whole story over this will just start at chapter 10. I might extend this one out longer than come home if maybe someone were still alive sooo this might be the time you actually get 15 chapters.

It's high school, and Dan has always been home schooled. When he gets to his new school as a freshman, he is instantly pushed aside as an outcast. The whole reason he was put into public school was his parents were moving away to live with his grandfather who was sick. So, he was to live with his dad's friend who also had a son his age. Phil was also an outcast, but he got along alright in school. Having to live with Phil and Phil's dad who was gone half the time, Dan and Phil get to know each other quite well. They soon bond over many things and Dan realizes he has feelings for Phil. But will Phil feel the same way? Will it work out?
