She runs into a strange man wearing a hood all she could see was his smile. He told her things about her boyfriend Bernie, told her that he was cheating on her with another blonde bimbo. Harley didn't care, she only wanted to know, How does he know so much about her.

Harleen Quinzel has a sister that few know about. Amelia is very different from her little sister Harleen. While Harleen wanted to help people and so did Amelia but not in he same way as her sister, Harleen wanted to help the mentally ill so she became a psychiatrist Amelia wanted to help the people of her country and make sure her sister could have her dream. Harleen hadn't seen her sister in about a year and a half since she's been deployed over seas she's just started at Arkham when her sister is coming home twist her sisters lost her left arm and its now replaced with a removable robotic one.
