Harleen Quinnzel was driving home from Arkham Asylum one night. As her car broke down she walked around trying to find help.
She runs into a strange man wearing a hood all she could see was his smile. He told her things about her boyfriend Bernie, told her that he was cheating on her with another blonde bimbo. Harley didn't care, she only wanted to know, How does he know so much about her.
