Secrets Of Millicent

Taking place in Dijon, Italy in 1620, young 16 year old Millicent Varnadore is experiencing bodily changes that other have not. From horrible and repeated night terrors to hearing the thoughts of other around her she begins to realize that she is the only one who is having these occurrences. In spite of what happens to tnose who appear to be "diffrent" or "dangerous" Millicent takes matters into her own hands and begin to practice what she has learned
But in a case when good things go wrong, yound Millicent makes a terrible mistake which results in the death of a old beggar in front of a large crowd. Now on the run to aviod being burnt at the stake she runs into a young boy namef Michael Ballinger who is not quite diffrent from her.
