Everything starts with an idea. The idea of telling someone you love them or the idea of bringing a new baby into the world. Even the smallest things start with an idea. Like the idea of going to the store. 
My death started with an idea. The idea that dieing would be better than living. But how would I know that dieing would leave me changed.
