"You Love him. Don't you?" Louis asked Anabia.
"I don't know!" Anabia replied.
"Close your eyes!" Louis said to her. Anabia gave him a confusing look. "Just do it!" Louis pressed. Anabia nodded and closed her eyes. "Now think of Love"
Anabia smiled as she thought of love. Love takes off masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within. Love is something so great only God can design it. Love is beyond what man can define. For Love is immortal and God's gift is Divine. All of a sudden Zayn's face popped up in her brain. His beautiful smile; his melodious voice; his undeniably charismatic eyes and his irresistibly enigmatic heart. Anabia smiled.
"Who comes in that mind of yours?" Louis asked her.
"Zayn" Anabia said without thinking twice.
"Yes I knew it! You Love him!" Louis squealed in joy. Anabia shyly smiled.
"Aww You're blushing!" Louis cooed.
"No!" Anabia said.
"Yupp" Louis said "Now Come on Lets go!" Louis brought out his hand. Anabia nodded and smiled taking his hand.
All of a sudden Louis' phone ringed and he picked it up and his smile dropped and the glow in his eyes vanished. "What happened Lou?" Anabia asked worried.
"ZAYN MET AN ACCIDENT!"

"Leave me alone, Azlan," Shahana choked out, her voice tight with anger and despair. "I'm not going anywhere with you." Ignoring her pleas, Azlan reached for her wrist, his grip firm but not brutal. Shahana flinched, the memory of countless similar moments flashing before her eyes. She tried to pull away, but his hold was unwavering. Desperate, she cast a pleading glance at her father, who stood frozen, his face a mask of conflicting emotions. His wife reached out to comfort him but was stopped by a subtle shake of his head. "Azlan, listen to me," Shahana said, her voice shaking. " I don't want to be in this relationship anymore. I want a divorce." The words hung heavy in the air, met with a tense silence. Azlan's jaw clenched, his eyes hardening. He wouldn't let her go, not without a fight. Yet, amidst the fire of his determination, a flicker of pain flickered across his face. Shahana, emboldened by the spark of vulnerability, shifted her gaze towards her in-laws. "Baba," she pleaded, her voice trembling slightly. "Please ask Azlan to stop. I don't want to leave with him." Azlan's father, a man known for his calm demeanor, took a hesitant step forward. "Azlan," he began, his voice measured. "Perhaps we should all..." Before he could finish, Azlan cut him off, his voice laced with a controlled fury. "No, Dad. This is a private matter. Let us handle it." Even in the heat of his emotions, respect for his family shone through. He may be a ruthless businessman, but he wouldn't disrespect his father, the one person he truly valued. However, on this issue, he was determined to have his way. Ignoring everyone, he marched towards his car, grabbed her arm, and ushered her into the passenger seat. Without a word, he started the engine and sped away.

Eyes wide, lips parted, hair disheveled and hands raised towards her. Salma took a step towards the edge. "Stop! Get down!" "Don't come near me," she warned. It was a broad, three-foot ledge but how far could she cross it to escape him? The parking lot was a long way down - a dark abyss. Salma felt movement behind her. She stepped away from the edge and turned her attention on Zayn again, but she was already too slow. He had grabbed a handful of her abaya. Salma tugged at it to set it free. "Get down!" Zayn demanded, his voice frantic. "Let me go!" "Just get down!" "No, you --" "JUST GET THE FU--" "-- back off first!" "--DOWN FROM THE LEDGE!" Salma's left heel dipped. She had not realized she had been backing away as she argued with him. Startled by the sudden vacuum, her upper body reacted by jerking forward. Her arms flailed as she lost her balance. Her heart jumped to mouth. She was going to fall to her death. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Passed down the family, the weight of a centuries-old trust was placed upon Salma Rahman when she was only two. WARNING: this book includes blood, manipulation, cursing, and mature topics (not smut please don't think that). Feel free to click off if any of these make you uncomfortable. ~•~ Something about it was so mysterious about this cave, and I wanted to know more. I entered the cave and saw a red crystal sealed in ice. "Woah." I whispered. The crystal glowed and the ice shattered. I jumped back and fell to the ground, watching as the ice broke completely. My eyes widened and I looked at my hands. "Did I do that?" I asked, but before I could answer, I heard a guard shout for backup as they had heard the ice shattering. I quickly jumped up and stashed the crystal in my pocket before leaving. I crept to the cave the following day, putting the crystal back into the remains of the ice pillar. As I walked away, the crystal fell, causing it to break into a million pieces. I jumped at the sudden noise and stumbled backwards, my eyes widening as a black smog formed around the crystal. "No, no, no, no! Frick." I desperately tried to grab the remains of the crystal, causing one to cut my hand. "Ow! Shit." I whispered, looking at my bleeding hand. "Tch, tch, tch, poor child." A demonic voice said. I looked up and saw that the black smog had two red eyes and a wide, sick smile that was dripping with venom. "I- who are you?" I asked, backing up. "The one who can help you out of here." It said, stretching out a hand. I looked it up and down and before I could answer, its hand plunged into my heart, causing me to scream out in pain. -- PROLOGUE "Let me get this straight. We have nothing in between us, except for the deal we made that day" he spoke in a monotonous tone. "I am the one carrying your name behind me; we are married. how can you say we have nothing in between us? Huh" She yelled at him, tears blurred her vision, and she spoke her heart to him. "For god's sake, this marriage was to save you! Can't you get that? I did not do it willingly, I do not love you!!" He yelled back at her, shattering her heart into pieces. "Why can't you just love me?" She spoke, as she cried the tears of hurt, and pain. Her heart thumped loudly due to the shivering sensation She felt all over her body. "I never made a commitment to you, or gave you any false hope, neither did i say that i love you. Did i?" He asked her, in a very cold tone. She looked at him through her teary eyes. It's getting difficult for her to even breathe. "It was your eyes, the damn eyes. Who gave me the false hope. They say, "Eyes speak the truth," but what about mine? Couldn't you feel the sincerity within them, expressing my deep affection for you? Why didn't you see the love shining in them? Was it too complex to understand? Couldn't you notice the warmth as they gazed at you? They search for you in every corner, If only you realized how they silently echoed the emotions I couldn't articulate. They say, "Eyes never deceive." But what about yours? They played a trick on me when they met mine, painting a facade of a world that wasn't real. They made me feel loved, Leading me into a belief that crumbled, louder than your spoken promises. Why did they betray me? Was it your eyes or you that masked the truth?" He stayed still, not moving or saying anything at her statement. --
