It is the year 2080. Humans have reverted to their primal state. The Raaut, an old species of alien, discover our planet. The Raaut Aliens settle Earth and are now the planet's supreme rulers. Humans have been contained in research facilities for continual studying. Little foot is a young human girl living within the compound of Exedon. She struggles to live comfortably in the facility, and wonders just what happened to her ancestors.
