The deadly assignment

The Deadly Assignment follows the quest of a woman named Aliyah who seeks to find the source of her erotic dreams, but instead comes to learn that she holds the keys to an ancient supernatural struggle that threatens to consume her and everyone she loves. Aliyah is plagued by dreams, or possibly nightmares, of a handsome man named Bram who is a member of a vampiric clan intent on consuming Aliyah for her unique and powerful blood. Eventually Aliyah learns that she too has ties to the supernatural world, which ultimately may save her or it could be the cause of her final demise.

A number of factors set The Deadly Assignment apart from other novels in the genre, which makes it a unique title that I know will sell. Each book, movie and television series has its own set of rules for what vampires are and what else exists in that hidden world of the supernatural. The Deadly Assignment is not your standard supernatural/vampire novel, but instead one that will make the reader think and wonder what is coming next as there are numerous twists, turns, and duplicitous dealings throughout the story. Although I follow many typical writing conventions in terms of acts, story arcs, etc. I have chosen to write this novel in a much less linear format than what is typically done in this genre. Also, I have added beings not typical in vampire culture, creating a whole new supernatural creature all its own. This unique specimen makes The Deadly Assignment a completely unique book with never before seen elements. Whiule it is meant to be the first book in the series I do recognize that it may have to be split into parts due to its length.
