15-year-old Payton comes from a dysfunctional family, and it has all turned her into to a shy, quiet girl, very peace-making, happy to be on her own, and artistic.  She also has a deathly phobia of blood-it makes her nauseous, sometimes to the point of fainting.  
   Then Payton decides to start cutting, thinking it will take are of her insomnia if she can pass out, just for that one night.
   But as anyone who cuts will tell you, it isn't just for one night.  It comes back to haunt you.  And soon she is in a vicious cycle, her fear of the addiction and the blood haunting her every waking moment, and every time she gives into her compulsions she is driven farther and farther into depression and addiction....

btw, I made that cover, as in wrote in all the words, etc.  Yeah, be jealous. lol.
