His actions over a year before still echoing clearly behind him as his crumpled hero reputation fails to rebuild itself after is openly presented attacks and murders. It brings to question if Peter should even be allowed to remain free and around civilians. And has S.H.I.E.L.D. Poking it's noses in business that simply doesn't involve the agency. They should have no say in whether or not the couple can build a family or not.
