Now everyone has heard of the Cinderella story in some way, shape, or form. (Those words meant the same thing, dumb ass...) Anyways, Cinderella was stupid and pathetic, but what if she really wasn't. What if it was the prince who needed saving? What if it was the stepmother who was kind and caring? What if it was all different? Those thoughts rumbled through my brain as a child... I lived the Cinderella story but mine is so much different then hers'. My name is Raven and this is the story of my Cinderella life.

After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Until one day I discovered I wasn't just a background figure; instead I was an insignificant character who'd end up being the villainous Grand Duke's secretary, only to die shortly after being near him! It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but I still put my hands around his throat and started to strangle him a bit. 'W-Who are you and w-what do y-you want?' I asked trying to hide my fear that I miserably failed. '...' He still didn't respond, I was starting to loose control on myself. His silence was killing me and I started to shake in fear. Then he spoke and caught all my attention: 'You're so cute when you're afraid pet.' I froze, I recognized this voice and my fear turned to be true. All the struggling to escape, to disappear, to forget about him now came back in an instant.
