Supposedly everyone already knew how he became the way he was. And we all knew by then that he would never change. But.. no one had ever seemed to take into consideration, a way to change him, without even going near him. A way, that would be sure to fix the mistakes of the past. However, to take this course of action would cost more than just one life, but hundreds. Would it be worth it to bring back the millions he had killed?
