Maria and Arion lived a happy life, but all that changed when an angry witch cast a spell ruining their happiness.

Arion is a vampire, Maria is a demon. Will they ever be able to be together in The end, even when Maria loses most of her power? Only time could tell.

It's 2013 now, and Arion awakens from his rest. It's been 90-ish years since he was last awake... with Maria. The witch cursed them. Maria is stuck in a loop. 
Maya is Maria, after she lost her memories and powers. She lives a life of imprisonment. She's not allowed to ever leave the Charester Manor, unless she's going to a very private school for the supernatural. She focuses on her passion, art, and in her grades when she's not reading.

But there's more to this story, than this couple of supernatural beings.

Valentina, meanwhile, would be happy with just one recovered memory. She would love to know how she became tattooed, or even just what the Chinese character on her ankle means. But, as some of her friends know, the price of that one memory might be set higher than she is willing to pay. (There are some ethically interesting choices from the main characters, thus the mature rating. But nothing graficly shocking should be included, just a couple of murders discussed that could absolutely not be avoided.) (All characters are strictly fictional. I feel this should be highlighted, for while inspiration is always tied to the outer world, imagination composes a story out of it and colors the outcome with dreams and nightmares.)
