BROKEN COURAGE (Lucas & Emilia Book 3)
While tortured and held captive as a prisoner of war, she became my reason to keep breathing. The force that fueled my will to fight. To survive. THAT FIRST BREAK (Broken Redemption Prequel 1)
Choosing her cost me everything I'd ever loved... including her. I had everything a guy could ask for, a loving family, the perfect small-town life, and a promising future I had worked hard for. It should have been enough. She was off-limits, my parent's best friend's daughter, practically my sister. I fought my feelings, pretending our soul-deep connection didn't exist. When she confessed she felt the same, I pushed her away, believing our friendship mattered more than temporary infatuation. That she agreed should have come as a relief, but it left me with this void I didn't know how to fill. It's what drove me to the bonfire that night. She is but a fragile glass who goes through lots of slow-cracking vague touches in her life, as she attempts to escape from the vulnerability she's chained in, she's slowly falling into pieces. He adores mending things yet fails to see in himself a bruised life. Fell into a comfortable sense of existence but with the absence of desired happiness. She wrote everything down, from her spine to her heart's pumped blood. The flowery words pulled her deeply to drowning confusion and was imprisoned inside a flickering hope. He kept everything in one suffocated space, suppressed and bound together. He has walked over denied emotions, heavier than clouds formed on top of a four-cornered shelter he filled with bitterness. (i had to update the description it was so cringe) poetry. its like the definition of wearing your heart on your sleeve, except its writing it on your fingertips and breathing it in and out. this is a collection of poems i've written, earliest being from 2020 and then just updating whenever i write something ! the first like 10-15, possibly 20 are bad but once you go on it gets better, once you reach mid-2022 youre good and then 2023 onward youre awesomesauce (once i stopped capitalizing titles i got better just 90% go off of that) highest rankings: #1 in poems (November 10th, 2021) #14 in poetry (April 28th, 2022)

She hated them. They loved her with everything in them. The universe truly has a sick way of telling you it's there, doesn't it? From being kidnapped to being abused, that was all Arabella saw in life. It was all she ever knew. They tell you to keep fighting but sometimes you realize... you were just a child. Now she's built herself up using her pain as the next step to her strength. She's learnt how to strive forward even as her past haunts her mind crawling up her back every passing second. That is until the first 7 people who only ever brought her pain find their way back into her life. She has no way to let go of her past when they come right back to her.
