Selene Larie Ellington is to be the first born princess to take the throne of Illéa. Although her succession is breaking tradition, nothing else is. Just like those before her Selene is to hold a Selection to find someone to take the throne with her. Although unlike her father and ancestors, she's more than excited to begin the journey to find her future husband.
Thirty five men from all walks of life come to the castle in an attempt to win Princess Selene's heart and stand in line to someday be King of Illéa. Selene soon finds herself falling for more than one suitor, and wonders if her judgement is enough to find who is right for her and her country.

(Based off the Selection Series by Kiera Cass. All characters are created by me, around the time of Maxon's Selection, and are related to the original Illéas like the Schreaves, but a completely different family. Note: this story was written before the release of the final Selection book The Crown.)
