Gray Fullbuster is a cold hearted cunning criminal who is very famous for his work, let alone no one can stop him. Fiore's best police force has already tried their hardest to arrest this careful and cautious criminal, but they fail.
Juvia Lockser has left her home to join the police force and follow her dreams of protecting. She is assigned to Fiore, and not only that, but she is assigned to take on the cool and collected criminal Gray Fullbuster! With her new partner Natsu for backup, she must build up all her crazy cowardly ideas and build them to courage and take him on!
