This is Chapter 25 of a work in progress. The full book, however, will not be published on Wattpad. Because the two characters in this scene have been greatly developed up until this scene in the book, I will give a brief description of both and blurbs for a few side characters. The antagonist of the book is Vintorak. He maintains control of many of the high ranking officials in his government through the use of addictive drugs. The character David, who speaks in this chapter, is a doctor as well as a dealer of drugs to said officials to help them wean off Vintorak. Vladimir, the other speaker, also known as Vlad or Vlady, is an official under Vintorak who is working with David to leave. Matthew is the main character of the novel, but he's only briefly mentioned in this chapter, and everything you know need to know about him is explicitly stated in the chapter. The only notable thing about the character they reference named Misery is that she is a masochist.

"Reality is whatever I want." "We'll see." This story uses Marvel's idea of infinity stones, but they're more prevalent. Everyone has at least one. I have an external link at the bottom of most of the chapters that leads to a Google Doc that explains the world. Please let me know if it works. Since Wattpad has an age of consent in their guidelines, I will have the explicit scenes on AO3 and not on here. If scenes like that make you uncomfortable, this will be the version without any of that. If you're curious, I don't use any of the more graphic words, this kind of thing makes me a bit uncomfortable so I wrote it in a way that didn't make me feel weird. Either way, you read whichever version you like. The Wattpad version will allude to some of those scenes however because some are quite important. I'll probably put an announcement or something at the start to let you know.
