The Wolf of My Street

It was never the plan to go into the woods. It was never the plan to stumble into a pack of werewolves. It was never the plan to slap the Alpha with a pancake. But then again, things don't always go as planned.

"Leave me alone!" I cried as I walked into the trees, leaving the woods. I didn't look at him. I couldn't. Not after what he had done. Suddenly I was swiveled around and my back hit the rough bark of a tree. My wrists were pinned on either sides. I was surrounded by his musky scent.

"Do not talk to your Alpha like that! I will not tolerate disrespect from you," He yelled and then met my eyes with disgust, "even from a pathetic excuse of a mate like you."

I did something incredibly stupid then. I slapped him for the third time that day.
