Ever struggled with pinning down numbers to your social media quote? I've taken days to draft a post, hours of my life melted away with active listening or I can complete both of those in a matter of minutes.

So here are your key deliverables and lead questions to consider before crunching in numbers!

•	Strategy (40% of total fee)
o	How long will it take you to benchmark and develop a way forward?
o	How long will the strategic direction apply for?
o	How many platforms are there to create unique directions for?

•	Community Management (40% of total fee)
o	What is your industry and client Standard Level Agreement for response time.
o	How many hours will be spent on active listening on average?
o	How many platforms need to be managed and have content built for?

•	Reporting (20% of total fee)
o	How many reports will your client require. Monthly or weekly?
o	How many templates of reporting will need to be created.

•	Campaigns (Additional costing)
o	How many campaigns will be run during each quarter
o	How many campaign ideas do you pitch each quarter

•	Advertising: (Additional costing)
o	Based upon insights, set an additional budget for your client
o	Your management fee should no exceed 6% of advertising budget

Most importantly, don't let client perception color your worth! Social Media is undervalued, eventhough it has significant impact, so it's your job to charge appropriately and allow your client to see that.
