Changes In the Shadows

In a large town near the West coast of North America, there's an area that hasn't been used for residential or commercial estates in years. In the middle of this barren space of half torn down houses and streets, there's a large building that seemed to have been a school. Although the state of it may seem as if no one were to be there, I can assure you there's a plentiful amount of work being done beneath the coverage of unused land. Some outsiders say it's area fifty one 2.0. Some say it's probably a secret project the state is working on to surprise the surrounding citizens. What no one really knows is that it's actually the one and only location of: The Specialized Academy of Secret Agents, also known as SASA.
