Louis's family isn't the richest therefore he is always bullied. He thought it might be different once he and his family moved to Doncaster. Something happened to Louis though and since then life for him was never the same.
Harry had it all the girls, money, and everything he wanted. His family was very rich and often was out. Harry was free to do as he pleased. He never cared or helped people. He only caused damage.
