We were in each other's gaze. I was looking in his eyes and he was doing the same. I just stood there. The only word that could explain the state I was numb. I just stood there, every inch of my body of my mind was numb. No emotion was shown on my face. I felt the tears burn in my eyes. "Bye Aidan" was all I managed to get out along with one tear slowly flowing down my face.
I got out of his grip and started walking away. He called my name once. That was it. I didn't dare look back. I so badly wanted him to come and run after me. That was out of the picture, he obviously didn't want me as much as I wanted him. My life...my life is now nothing all because Aidan Collins is no longer in it. It was my fault, but I made it seem like it was his.
