Caroline Forbes and Niklaus Mikaelson are the towns childhood sweethearts. They are Best friends, the ones that they are able to trust the most. That was until they are ripped from each other due to Caroline's parents getting a job offer in New York. What happens when she returns to Clovelly?

No after the love of his life had been torn from him, he may have been young but he loved that girl dearly. Now he refrains from ever finding love again.

What will happen when after a tragic accident occur, and caused friends to be reunited? Will old feelings come to the surface or has everything changed over the years?
