    "Don't go!" She cried to him, her voice hoarse from sobbing. The cyborg turned and looked back, his visor going dim. Genji hung his head as he jumped from the building, leaving the small place. Far from earshot, she whispered, "Stay, Please..." This book is not suicidal, yet there may be a few sad parts, cause I'm just a sad person. I do not own Overwatch or any character's unless said. And, I like writing, but I'm not the best at it. I'm still confused on how to explain most things so I'm sorry if the book sucks so far. Also I am continuously finding mistakes in my story so I will fix them, but please if you do find a mistake comment and tell me!

    During the final days of the Omnic Crisis, an infant by the name of Benjamin Shimoda was orphaned in New York City when Omnics unleashed a massive wave against the city. After Overwatch arrived and saved the city, Benjamin was left alone and without a parent or guardian. That was until an Omnic Civilian named Hisodan R13 adopted him and took him under his wing. Benjamin was taught Karate and Judo by his new father, as well as science, mathematics, zoology, culinary, etc. After graduating high school and joining the military, Benjamin would eventually find himself in Overwatch, becoming good friends with a multitude of the agents including Torbjorn Lindholm. He was given superhuman strength and the ability to see in infrared by Moria O'Deorian and became a well-known agent in the organization, building a Titanium-Alloy Yautja suit and going under the callsign; "Predator" However, he (like all the other agents, was disbanded after the Petras Act was enabled and Jack Morrison and Gabriel Reyes were presumed dead. Benjamin now travels the world, seeking purpose and finding out what happened to Overwatch. Eventually, he'll get a callsign, calling him to band together, and repair the world.

However, after Genji makes a drastic mistake in an important mission, Commander Reyes decides it's best to demote him - all the way back to Novice. While struggling to deal with his anger, feeling betrayed and useless, Genji gets assigned a new mission to show he can, in fact, follow Reyes' orders: he is to welcome a Rookie to Blackwatch and watch over him for his first days. Regardless of Genji's rudeness, the Rookie is determined to be kind to the cyborg. He even seems to worry for Genji's wellbeing; it is something Genji isn't used to, and his feelings about it contradict everything he thought he knew about himself. He doesn't know when it happens, but the programmed omnic Rookie suddenly turns into the one person Genji can't live without.
