The house burnt down in 1947. Another house 5 miles away burnt down in 1984. And the next one 5 miles over burnt down in 2007. You'd think people would figure it's bad luck to build a house with in a fifteen mile radius of 3 burnt ones. And yet, my family did it anyway.
