Alexander Rogers, brother of Steve Rogers, is taken to hydra after a fall from a train. The exact same train that James Buchanan Barnes fell from. Being taken to their facility, he is operated and created into their second killing machine. The first being Bucky himself.
As he is in the facility, he crosses paths with Bucky and almost kills him in his efforts to escape. It was the last he saw of Bucky, until 15 years later where he is taken by them once more.All Rights Reserved
