IF WE WERE FOREVER uses western haiku to express my feelings in reaction to painful memories and losses. "Western haiku" is a variation of traditional haiku, popularized by poets Allen Ginsburg and Jack Kerouac. While haiku is intended to describe a scene, I'm tweaking the rules a bit to capture feelings, too. I hope you can empathize with my words. (Updated every Thursday.)
