"You've gotta stop stalking him all the time," she said, rolling her eyes as I continued to scroll through Brent's new Twitter posts.
I smiled, glancing at her for a second before turning back to the computer screen. "It's not called stalking if he's my future husband, Les."
She laughed, "Ok, first of all, stalking is stalking, no matter what the circumstances." It was my turn to roll my eyes. "Second, I love you but you're so delusional sometimes, it worries me."
I stopped scrolling. "Fine. I promise I'll stop someday."
"And when will someday be?"
I turned my chair, facing her completely before saying, "when he marries me."

Brenton O'Keith is the perfect everything. Perfect son, perfect brother, perfect student, perfect athlete and perfect friend. Madison Vaughan (a.k.a. Mad), having been raised by traditional grandparents, is the most innocent person you'll ever meet. She's very pretty but no guy has ever tried to ask her out. Why? Because everyone knows there's only ever been one person in her heart.

But when he realizes that there's more to Madison than just being a stalker, he starts to get curious about her. And curiosity is dangerous. Why?
Because it often turns into something more.
