The human race is realising how much of an impact they have made on the planet. A group of scientists realised this and so they tried to fix this problem. They did this with the perfection experiment. The scientists shrink a human fetus, and place it in a giant dome with 200 more, in order to see where they could help themselves. Just hope to god that it goes right.

Ever thought surviving first period-and facing her best friend's boyfriend, whom she recently kissed-would be the hardest part of her day. She was wrong. The world is ending. Literally. Between dodging awkward hallway interactions with her best friend's boyfriend and dodging the apocalypse, Ever discovers she may be the one person capable of saving mankind. No pressure, right? But just when she's barely wrapping her head around her destiny, a mysterious (and annoyingly handsome) stranger shows up. He drives her crazy, yet somehow feels...familiar. And he just might hold the key to unlocking Ever's forgotten past and to stopping the strange, earth-shattering events unraveling the future. As secrets unfold and loyalties are tested, Ever has to make a choice: walk away from the chaos and pretend the world isn't ending or embrace her destiny and risk everything to save it. After all, being a teenager is hard. Being the savior of humanity? That's a whole new level. *This is book one in a series
