It has been six years since Clem had split up from Kenny, and she is seventeen, and AJ is six.

  Clementine finds herself lost, wandering around the earth, nowhere to go. She had thought about going to Wellington, but doesn't know where it is. She had almost died, but some group found her, and took her. They think she owes them. 

  Kenny is determined to find her, and AJ. He doesn't know where they are going, or why, but he has to find them. On the way, he meets some new people. They were kind enough to take him in, even though he has a sour attitude.
